1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Watch & Navy grants you a limited, non‐exclusive, non‐transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, for personal, non‑commercial use (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Location Data: The App uses your device’s location while the App is in use in order to show your position on maps, locate the nearest pier for river services, help navigate, etc. You consent to this.
